HMCSF - Model UN Overnight 2026

This ticket covers the cost of the hotel, chaperoning, and our 2 dinners and late-night snacks. **NEW for this conference: this ticket does *NOT* cover the cost of the 2 breakfasts or 3 lunches. Families could anticipate each of those meals being ~$20. We will communicate clearly and inclusively about various breakfast and lunch plans, but seek to give delegates more flexibility and opportunities to socialize with students from other schools. We will enjoy full club bonding during dinner / snacks!

Students will leave by bus from Menlo's loop, departing at 8:15am on Friday, January 16th. We will miss all classes on Friday. Students will participate in a fantastic club-favorite conference: Harvard Model Congress in SF - website here. We are staying at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA at 50 3rd St San Francisco, CA 94103, and this is also the venue for the conference. The conference ends on Sunday, January 18th at 5:30pm and the bus should return students to Menlo's loop by 6:30pm. (Monday January 19th is a school holiday for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day). 

Students should anticipate working on their research preparations over the December break.
